1. No Refunds on Digital Products

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• eBooks

• PDFs

• Audiobooks

• Downloadable files

• Digital bundles

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be “returned,” which is why refunds are not granted.

2. Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

A refund may be offered ONLY if:

• You were accidentally charged twice

• A technical error caused a duplicate order

• You never received your download AND support was unable to assist

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. File Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital file:

• Check your spam/junk folder

• Make sure you entered the correct email

• Contact us for help

We will resend your file at no extra charge.

4. Technical Problems

If you have trouble opening the file, we will assist you with:

• Re-sending the file

• Providing an alternate format (EPUB/PDF)

• Basic troubleshooting

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

5. Unauthorized Sharing

If we detect unauthorized sharing or piracy, your access may be revoked without refund and legal action may be considered.
